Letting & Rent Collection Service

At the market appraisal, we will give you our recommendation on a realistic rental price and discuss all aspects relating to the letting of your property. Our Letting and Rent Collection Service also includes:

  • Advertising your property on all the major property portals (including Rightmove and On The Market)
  • Contacting all those prospective tenants we have registered, both private and corporate, for whom we think the property would be suitable
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Giving you regular feedback and updates on any potential interest
  • Negotiating offers
  • Instructing an independent referencing company to carry out thorough reference checks on all prospective tenants
  • Drawing up a comprehensive Tenancy Agreement and related documentation
  • Obtaining an advance rental payment and security deposit
  • Registering the security deposit with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
  • Ensuring that rent is received on time, chasing any late payments and overseeing any debt management
  • Crediting your nominated account and sending you monthly statements

Full Management Service

Our Full Management Service includes the Letting & Rent Collection Service as well as the following:
